Cool. Curious about tube that you will get? From what I am learning. that is a T12 stem, all rubber, which is what I also have. Sure like the idea of metal stem.

That’s beautiful. I love the view of the skid plate also. Seems like recently it’s been well taken care of. How is that front brake? I recently bought a 71, not liking the front brake.

Front brake is useless. I have an idea though, a couple actually.

Ya, alot less whoa power then a twinky, I like front brake, that drum got my attention real fast.

Dont mention twinkie over here (even though they're great), it has the same effect on johnjzjz as an injury did to Dr David Banner.

So here's what I was thinking about the brake. There's a company I deal with that makes custom brake pads for me, I was thinking of sending my shoes in to have them relined with some kick-*** material that would make the brake seem like it did something. The other thought, a much more expensive adventure requiring time and experimentation is a multi-disc clutch pack inside the front drum. Something from an automatic transmission. I can't see anyone jumping on this idea and producing it for the 3 people that might buy it, doesn't seem like a profitable business venture but I would do it for my own bike.
