Default Fishtail MUFFLERS for late shovel FLH not FLT

Recently rescued a 1982 Belt Drive Classic. It's fitted with fishtail drag pipes, which gotta go. Searches for fishtail mufflers isn't turning anything up... the Paughco DSL611L and R listed all over the internet shows (in pictures) the right muffler but these actually have the hangers on top for the FLT models. I am hoping someone here can direct me to a site that has the correct mufflers for this model. There are some short fishtails out there, however I am not sure they would clear the saddlebags. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. No hurry. It's snowing here right now. Lots to do before bike is really roadworthy..... tires, brakes, etc.

Samson has mufflers with same look as what you have. I had them on my Evo dresser, really liked them.

Thanks for replies. Excluding VT, all the others have hangers for the EVO frames.... not what I want. The 4 speed shovelhead frames use a side mount behind the muffler body.

Many of the fishtails for pan & shovel swingarm frames are 36" long, which IMHO stick out too far in the back. Ideally, length should be 30". The Paughco mufflers are good quality stuff, but have the hangers on the top for the Evo and later frames. I suppose I could cut them off. EMGO makes a set that is larger diameter, and they look pretty cheap (and are $ cheaper than the Paughco mufflers). So maybe making this a bigger deal than necessary...... but open to suggestions.

Thanks Racepres. These parts suppliers drive me nuts. I located 30" EMGO fishtails for a good price... seller says they are 2-3/4" diameter but doesn't have the clamps/hangers. Google search located hangers, which are 3" ID. I DON'T THINK A 3" CLAMP IS A GOOD IDEA FOR A 2-3/4" MUFFLER BODY.
he Paughco mufflers look like better quality (I have them on my EVO bagger) but man they are costly. Like 3 x the price of the EMGO stuff.
Let me know if you have something in the shop. Thanks.
