Default Chopper Transmission 5th Stud Tab

General kinda question on a chopper I'm building. Went to drop the tranny in the frame tonight and realized there isn't a tab on the right side for the 5th transmission stud. there's a tab there with a bolt hole but it's horizontal not the normal right angle bracket with a vertical hole. Just to make sure I wasn't crazy I googled a bunch of other frames and see it's not really that uncommon to see a custom frame without that tab. So how dose everyone with custom frames that don't have that last bolt hole mount trannies? do you just not use that fifth stud?

So I went to take some photos of the mount and realized what was up...I found an extra bracket in my box of parts hat bolts between the one on the frame and the two side bottom bolts of the tranny. See photos. Sorry to waste everyone’s time ha ha

The lower mount bolts are the same. But maybe that's because that's a delkron tranny case. They may be special in having the 5th bolt like the 4 speed. i can't say I've ever used a evo or newer tranny before. Oh well. This is gonna be a custom job shovel in a stretched softail frame. Wish me luck ha ha

If I recall, looking at post t#3, the stupid drain plug on those trannys is between the mounting holes. And with the exhaust sytem in place it is damn near impossible to get an allen wrench in there to get at the drain plug.
