Default New to me '11 Ultra

Recently posted a thread considering an '04 and an '11. Thanks to all the great help here, I decided on the one owner '11, and picked it up today. Besides a new battery, they threw in $700 worth of stuff that was on an '08 they took in trade the day before.

Been off of touring Harleys since 2011, and this bike suits me just fine. Will take a while to get used to the ride by wire, after riding a Dyna all that time. Thanks again to all for your input; as I believe I chose wisely. tomp dd50

Nice! I have the identical model. I recognize a few mods.

They swapped out original wheels for Street Glide wheels. I did the same.
They removed chrome bag guards and replaced with black guards. I did the same.
They added quick-detach hardware to tour pack and added rack.
They added Avon grips.
The rear signal bar and plate holder looks like a Street Glide model.
They added locking glove box doors to lower fairing.
They swapped out chrome bag latches for black latches. I'll do the same now that I've seen yours.

Very nice and welcome back. It makes a big difference with cruise control for sure.

Love the cruise. Went to check the air pressure in the shocks and lo and behold, look what I found. Anyone know what brand these are Progressive's maybe? Saw no logo anywhere. Guess I won't need to adjust the air again. tp

Thanks guys. Found out the shocks are Progressive 944's. $600 worth of more free goods. This is turning out to be the best buy I've ever made on a used bike. tp

I'd be happy about the extra's too. Great looking bike, the black is classy and I dig the SG wheels.

I had one just like that before we went to the '15. It was our first touring bike also. We both really liked the bike. Congrats on the new ride.
