That's it bro. Mount plate just looks long to me but I'm sure if there had been issues it would've already been noted. Thanks.
Good question Bates! As Ive mounted my micro 4v2 vertical behind the radio. I clear my led bulb by about 1/2". But my top mount is flat over the radio.
The bulb just clears the bottom of the cv amp. The bulb i have sticks out quite a bit out the back of the bucket.
My mount is similar to 09baggerdude's except with the Arc having all front mount connection I refuse to let my wiring drape over the front of the Rockford. My Rockford just barely fits behind the top if the inner bucket. It is very tight but fits without fighting the fairing. Had I not had the phase 7 I am unsure of the potential of how mine is mounted. My gauge retainers are notched and Arc back as far as can go. Have to be creative.
You may want to reinforce the inner fairing brackets where they attach at the top of the fairing. They have a history of failing even without the extra weight of an amp. They make kits but I made my own out of some heavy aluminum.
Damn bertk...nice work! You should make a kit!! Lol
