yes that is a stock cam.dont use crap exhaust to simulate a motor build.those who have spent the money on a real build know the difference

Idk what your trying to say.... I bought the bike few months ago... and simply wanted to know if it sounded stock..

My buddies tell me it sounds "different" figured I'd ask the www community

i guess it could have something done to it....highly doubt cams.maybe a stage one,definitely no more than that.

Figured close to 30k miles I would buy cam... while changing chain tensioners

1st harley so I know no different.

it sounds nice for what it is.definitely better than stock form.longs are much better than the shortshots.

It might have mild cams. Do you have a tach? The idle sounds too low.

Congrats on the new bike....didnt mean to mess with you.just fyi its not just a matter of "throwing in some cams"....much more to be done if you really want to wake these motors up.peace.

Had a 99 flht that sounded very similar stock with true duals. Sounded way different after a rebuild with a 95 s&s kit and s&s 570 cams. All stock, the engine lasted 120k miles before it gave me any issues.
