Does this sound like a stock cam??

You mean SE cams or S&S? Don't know about SE cams, but doesn't sound anything like S&S cams to me. Sounds like a healthy stock 88 with pipes.

Been doing alot of reading and looks like just a cam swap will bring a good running 88 to 1hp per cid.
My bike runs good but i like tostretch it's legs some...
Want more mid to topend power.. 1st gear is useless.
Maybe pulley swap... idk

Tons of choices for cams. For reference... My 99 after rebuild with s&s 95 kit, reconditioned stock heads, s&s oil pump/cam plate, s&s 570 gear drive cams, duals with spo mufflers, daytona twin tec ignition, and super e carb, i dynoed at 98hp/105tq. Not huge numbers, but night and day different riding experience. Then, after i had it dialed in and running perfect... I traded it on a 2011 limited.

THis was my old Deuce (TC88b), has S&S gear drive 509's, Power Commander V, Hyper Charger, Cobra Pipes...No motor shake...(sorry for the sideways video, was holding the phone wrong)

, It IS too low (maybe 800-900 rpm). You need to up it a little to probably 1200 rpm, so the oil pump will put out enough pressure during idle....

Ive been at bike events on that duece and people try to tell me the idle was way to high...It's always people who have never been on a FI Harley....
