I've been wondering the same thing. I was originally planning to replace the apes on my street bob (I bought it with 'em installed), with something more like high drag bars and an arlen ness fairing (more or less the same setup sone of the SOA guys have). But then I got to like my apes way too much to lose 'em.
I'm trying to visualize the combo - probably with carlini gangster or flying' apes - and I just can't decide how it'll look.
I tell 'ya, I'm an ape hanger convert. They look and feel great.
i have a 2006 Dyna Lowrider, and am wanting to install a 1/4 fairing, and am wondering how you like your setup , if you pulled the trigger with the flying apes and Quarter fairing.
