Im looking into setting my 17CVOSG w/ the same set-up. My parts did you use to set up your CB?

I got the CB module, the cable to go from the CB back to the Antennae, the bracket the antennae is on is one for relocating an existing antenna from a tour pack. Just bought the bracket and bent it to get the angle I wanted, then had it powder coated black. Then I got the short CB antennae. The push to talk button is already on the right side controls on your CVO.

Once its all plugged in takes about five minutes for the system to recognize it. Real easy job.

That's the CVO backrest. I have it too. It's ok. Only one avaible for our bikes. I had to bend mine to fit.

That's what I thought. I'm going to pull the trigger and get one. Nothing else seems to work and I'm not ready to change the complete seat in order to get a backrest that fits. Thanks.
