I do know that it's a 3/4 bearing. That's why I thought it was right.

Multi, New pic's on top, to me by looking at the rotor. The rim looks flipped?

Does 1/8th of an inch matter for the displacement of the front wheel?

why would the rear fat boy solid wheel offset change in 2003 from 2000-2002 offset?
1. could the reason be a result of CG shift(weight distribution side to side)?
2. is the offset measured from rim centerline to rotor mounting surface or pulley mounting surface.

remember back in 2010 on the HD XL forum lots of effort went in to calculating the CG for-aft & lateral.

maybe its more important to have the wheel rim centered with the CG rather than centered with the rear fork(swing arm).

have to assume that CG is same as swing arm centerline , if CG is unknown?

??? Almond? I think I get what you are saying, but with the wheel offset to the right it was ripping my turn signal wires everytime my shocks compressed. The center gravity never effected the way the bike rode or cornered, I just didn't want to keep replacing wires or have the tire puncture do to the rubbing over time.
The bike rode true, no crab walk. And rides true now, but no brake scrubbing from the front rotor...

Maybe it's more important to have the forward and rear rims parallel to each other than have both rims centered to the rear fork centerline or CG.
The bike CG is not on the rear fork centerline, hardly ever, chances are slim to none.
H-D added sixty # to the Dyna frame to over come the dynamic instability caused by the CG not centered with the rear fork centerline.
Refer to Sputhe engineering for a white paper on this subject.
Sputhe packaged the first five speed gear set in a four speed gear box transmission.
