Default V&H Straightshots Slip-ons

I have a 2015 Heritage and am looking to improve performance and reduce heat. I am an old fart so not looking to turn my Heritage into a drag bike, just dial it up a little.

I will NOT change cams, do head work or put on bigger jugs, not happening.

I have bought a Arlene Ness big sucker (Stage 1) and a FuelPak3 and I am trying to decide what to do with exhaust. As I said I don’t need to squeeze every last drop of performance out of it but would like it to have a bit more power.

Having read every piece of info online I can find I have yet to find a clear answer to how much difference there would be with my set-up between the StraightShot Slip on and doing a full exhaust if there are no engine mods, just intake and tuner?

Most everything I read seem to say for a stock motor the slip ones will get you real close.

Would love some experience or suggestions.

Reduce heat = getting rid of the cat. If you want added performance 2 into 1. What type of sound do you like poppy tinggy or deep rumble?

Default Correct me if I am mistaken.....

Hey thank you both for the response. I am pretty sure the 2015 Heritage Softail has the Cat located in the muffler so replacing the Harley Exhaust with a slip on will remove the Cat.

If I am mistaken I would like to know that pretty soon before I do something dumb. (Again, LOL)

I have Straightshots on my 12 Heritage. They are loud if thats what you like. Cats are in the stock mufflers not the head pipe so just slipons will do the trick for you.
