Fluid change cost
Why does it cost so freaking much to change the fluilds? $230+.

If you're talking about all 3 holes, that's a pretty reasonable price. Most dealers are getting around 400. Indies are slightly less, but beginning to close the gap.
Get a manual, follow some instructions, save some coin and get a little self-satisfaction out of it.

Yep, you can get your Petercar service for less, and it takes 11 gallons of oil.

Yeah do it yourself at least you will know that your drain plugs aren't cross threaded or they just did not do it and charged you anyway.

The oil change is about $50, the rest is the cost of not getting your hands dirty.
I buy hand cleaner in bulk containers.

Honestly, the only thing that drove me away from changing my own oil in my cars and bikes is the hassle of getting rid of the old oil...

I let the dealer do my car, for $25.00.
