I am back after an amazing two week trip to Yellowstone NP riding from Long Island NY. 15 riding days completing 3,682 miles. My bike is currently being shipped back from Bozeman MT to our Island. Very limited Interstate miles, maybe 100 total, the rest was all on backroads. Highlights:
  1. Pennsylvania Grand Canyon
  2. Cornfields
  3. Route 66 in Illinois
  4. Iowa, seriously, and Field Of Dreams
  5. Sturgis/Deadwood two weeks before the rally
  6. Wyoming 14A (alternate) over Medicine Wheel, Chief Joseph Scenic Byway and Beartooth Pass all in one day going to Red Lodge
  7. Yellowstone NP for four days, always amazing
  8. Wore rain gear once in the very beginning of the trip for an hour, then pants only one morning. A couple of drops here and there, but basically no rain on this trip.
  9. Lots of non-traditional stop overs and odd ball motels worked out great.
  10. New to me 2022 Road Glide Limited was a beast for the entire trip, love the M8

15 miles Just rode to some hotel territory with promenade on seaside with mangroves, docks, cafes. Found nothing to do there, and rode back home.
On my way back bought some cheeseburgers and apple pies takeaway from McDonalds on fuel station.

Got 70 in after new fuel filter, regulator, quick connect fitting and lines in the tank.Too much house work to get done before it’s too cold to paint. Beautiful day here in N. Ga 69*.

got in just over 100mi, had an oil leak from one of my oil cooler lines that prevented me from getting more in, it was supposed to be much nicer, ended up topping out around 60 degrees in Southeastern Pa, and ended being gray and dreary looking overall.
