Default Harley Quarter Fairing

after seeing some on here, most seem to have been bought on the bike as a dealer install.

that said, i am really liking the look and would like to purchase a Gun Ship Grey one if anyone decides to part ways with theres.

i would definitely entertain purchasing a Harley Quarter Fairing and hardware...preferably one that the dealer installed or one has already had painted Gunship Grey. i like the slightly larger look than the stock S headlight screen

You can order them painted from the MoCo. I got a Red-Line Red for my wife's FXBBS.

You need to tell your parts guy that just because Vivid Black is in the name of an accessory that doesn't mean it's the only color it comes in.

Couple cautions about the HD fairing. One being that the mounting setup isn't exactly the most robust and honestly is pretty janky. Second is there aren't any real options for different height windscreens. Denton makes a 12" one but that's it. They said their taller ones they make are only for their fairing and won't work on the stock one. I have the 12" shield and I could really use it to be taller, this doesn't block much. I had a Memphis Shaded previously with a 15" shield and it was perfect. Maybe shoulda kept it but they're super common on these bikes so had to switch up.

i do not discount anyones input,
i have read a ton on the mounting hardware, and no issues fab'ing something of my own if needed...
in regards to screen height, at 47yrs old...still bull headed and tougher than the wind, that said...this is purely a cosmetic item to me and i like the stock appearance as is. the quarter fairing i feels gives it a slightly racier look.

i am favoring a lowered, cut rear tail, drag bike style look.

oddly enough, i made my dealer give me a parts book and a SE parts catalog, i just like having them on the table...but usually they are useless...i have should checked for myself and just ordered the part number needed.

lol yeah, 47 here too and while I like to feel tough, having my head ripped off at triple digits softens me up a bit lol. I guess if I wanted to be super comfortable I'd take my truck.
