Default Passing light/running lights RK

First which switch behind the triple trees controls the passing lights? Is the switch on the opposite side a dummy switch?
New to the touring bikes.... Dyna did not have them..

Brake lever side is p-lamps
Clutch side is aux

Thank you... Now gotta check the fuse to make sure it's not blown, then check connections as they're not working.. Then again switch could be bad...
