Default Touring tire recommendations

Hi all, looking for input as to new rubber. Not a canyon carver.just looking for a good all around tire. Have used AE, Avon cobra chrome and Metzeler 880 on a non Harley cruiser. Liked them all but did have some sidewalled cracking on current cobras. Looking for thoughts and input. None are cheap so longevity is great although change them every 4 to 5 regardless.
10 ultra classic with profile laced wheels.

Shinko 777 reinforced.
I also have recommendations for oil, other fluids and filters and battery if you're interested.
I don't know where else you would get this kind of advice as no one on here would have an opinion on tires oil or battery.

I'm on my second set of Metzeler Cruistec and really like them. They ride good, handle good, good in rain.

I like the Mitzeler 880 and the Michelins for that type of tire.

The Cruisetec is known as a less miles/more grip kinda tire, exactly what the OP said they didn't want.

I've been running the Bridgestone Battlecruise H50 on my Ultra. These ride and handle better than the Dunlop American Elites did. Great on wet and dry roads.

Now that’s some high praise! I would never hesitate to run the AE’s as with many others they are a go to tire .
thanks I will also look into Bridgestones.

I was always a fan of the American Elites, but these are a bit better. Ride wise on a touring bike, they really excel.
