I posted previously the whole thing but since it’s was drawn out over almost two years I figured I do a picture dump with explanations and time frames plus it’ll help others who details because I have a lot of pics.
It’ll start from January 7,2024 when I brought it home January 7th 2024 the day I brought it home Next day put the clear headlights on Headlit trim ringse Deluxe style turn signal bar Cobra true duals Polished up the stainless front end around January 27th Put the front Hub cap on The night the garage caught on fire February 10th 2024 11:30 PM The next day as I went through to see my destroyed Harley’s The Heritage was at the front of the garage, suffered mostly smoke and water damage but the upper part did burn and destroy the cables and wire harness
Fast forward to May 2025 after living in a Hotel for the previous three months we finally got into a rental house that had a nice garage, so we were able to start disassembly My little dude helping Motors out Fast forward to October 2024 more disassembly Disassembled down to the frame and headed for the powder coater November 2024 got it back from the powder coater New rims and Dunlop American Elite wide whit walls Starting reassembly November 2024
January 2025 got the tins back from my buddy the painter but unfortunately his pinstripe guy did not want to work any longer for him so I was on my own looking for a reputable Harley painter Fast forward to April 2025 started disassembly of the motor
May 1st 2025 I finally get to move back into my house with a brand new garage and brand new everything for that matter Got the floor epoxy coated Bought this blown up Craftsman 60 gallon compressor Started to build my own compressor Got a 5 HP Vevor motor and 175 PSI HF two stage compressor head Added an after cooler and cooling fan
August 2025 finally starting to assemble the motor Crank cases all assembled and painted up Put Kibble White valves S&S beehive springs and an Andrews EV46 cam. The heads were ported, used .010 base gaskets and .030 Cometic MLS head gaskets 10.1 Weisco .005 over pistons Back in the frame Inner primary on to line up the motor and trans Primary drive on Belt guards on Fishtails on Fenders and tanks on Floorboards and controls on 2005 Softail Deluxe NOS jiffy stand Front fender on
