Default HD Ride Planner: Export GPX files from iPhone or iPad to flash drive?

I'm able to save a ride file that I created from my computer to a flash drive but my iPad and iPhone won't do it.
The instructions I've seen say to do this:
1. Open the ride file
2. Click Export GPX
3. The Export Window opens up to select Skyline OS or Simplified GPX.
4. Hit the Download button

That's what I do but nothing happens after step 3 on my iPhone or iPad. There is no Download button. I'd like to be able to do this from my iPad or iPhone when I'm on the road.

I’m guessing you have the flash drive physically connected to your iPhone or iPad? If so, you should be able to send the file to the flash drive.

Yes the flash driive was formatted and connnected to the iPhone and iPad, but that shouldn't matter because the file is suppose to export to Downloads, and then you move it to the flash drive.

Unless he got rid of it, this thread says he has a 2026 Road Glide STSE.
