I made a day trip on H-D Ride Planner.
When I tried to download it to a Flash Drive, TYRE 8.0 pops up.
It says I have to get a Google API key.
I have to give it a credit card number to put on file.
It says I get $200 free usage a month

Sounds like Tyre is trying to open the file, not just downloading to a USB drive.
I would disable or remove Tyre. Google decided to monetized Google Maps in the spring of 2018. Any program using the Maps API is now required to purchase access.
