Anyone have any experience with this company? Issues, good or bad? Looking to ship cross country.

 

They are the #1 company for shipping bikes. Pay attention to the level you request if you need it there by a certain time frame.

 

I used them once. They were on time and the bike was fine.

 

Good people, drivers and professional rigs. But they are slowwwwwwwwwww. It took them 6 weeks to get my bike from Bozeman to NY. Bike sat in Bozeman for 2 weeks then it was 3 hours from my house in PA for 2 weeks. Took my buddy from Boston (they had his bike as well) losing his mind to get both bikes on a truck out to us. They were going to hold on to them for another two weeks.

Since I was home the wait was OK. If I was shipping my bike to a destination that would be a big problem.

When I was at the Motor Company I was introduced to them. When I left I used them to move all my bikes across country. TOP NOTCH.

 

I’ve used them several times over the last 6 years between Chicago and Tucson for my TriGlide. They’re very professional. Most recently last month. They estimated one month from pickup to delivery which was fine for me. They were about a week late in their estimated delivery date, which again didn’t matter this time. I will use them again.
