I have a '07 Fat Boy and ride solo 99% of the time. I bought it used last year with a Sundowner Touring seat. I love it for the comfort, but it looks like I'm sitting on a piece of furniture and kills the look of the bike IMHO. I've decided on a Mustang seat but can't decide between the Sport Touring Vintage Solo (15" wide) or the Wide Touring Vintage Solo (17" wide). I want the back rest option so that rules out the Vintage Solo Seat. My Sundowner is also 17" wide so it seems that the Wide Touring will be just as bulky looking as my Sundowner.

Does someone have experience with these two seats? Will the two extra inches width on the Wide Touring make a huge difference in comfort? They both appear to have plenty of padding. I was wondering if they have different seating positions. I like where my Sundowner seats me.

From the online pics I've seen of both seats on Fat Boys, I like the looks of the Sport Touring better, but I want this to be an all-day seat.
