The progressive drop in kit.

I just did the drop in kit last weekend on my CVO Deluxe. Great writeup! I took only what I had to off and that sped up the process. Took me about 2 hours though as I went very slow to not scratch anything and make sure everything was right. Most of the time was spent getting the damn lights and tins back on correctly.

 

The lights And the tins are a damn nightmare. And I wasn’t paying attention and somehow my clutch cable and throttle cables made it to the middle between the forks. I said there is no way in hell that I’m taking these forks out again, I’ll just under do them at the levers

 

I just finished my 05 Deluxe. great write up. and I agree, the hardest part of this was getting the Spot lights and tins back on. What a PAIN IN THE ***. Thanks for a great write up .
