I just bought a 2012 Heritage Classic. Before I bought it I was looking at a 2007 that had and oversize luggage rack on it. Instead of being about 8.5" x 8.5" inches like the stock ones this was was probably 10" x 10" if not a little more. It stuck out about 1" on each side of the back rest uprights.
Does anyone have any idea who makes these or where I might get one.
I'd sure like to find one for the new one.

The rack you're looking for was made by HD (part #53713-96). If you google images for the part number you can view both the rack and a screenshot of the catalog. I've been looking for this rack for over a year and this past weekend I was able to ID the part # (it's in the mail now). I still have a list of HD dealers who have the part in stock if you're interest or you can order through your local dealer. Hope this helps.
