Default Rear Wheel Movement While In Neutral

I have a dumb question. I have owned the bike for almost eight years now and while I was getting her ready for winter I put her on the jack and started it to run some STA-BIL through the lines. I looked back and the rear wheel was moving very slowly. I pulled in the clutch and it was still slightly moving. I have never noticed this before.

Here is the dumb question; is this normal and I have never noticed before? Or is this not normal and what is causing it so I can fix it when I do some winter mods?

Thanks

Normal. The oil in the primary and transmission actually has enough friction/stiction/goopiness to roll the clutch and gear shaft when the rear wheel is off the ground and the engine is running.

In my bike also move the rear wheel if I start the bike in neutral and the bike is in the air.

Same basic idea of how an automatic transmission works.
