I use S100 detail spray on my pipes-I appy it with a soft cloth relatively soon after I'm done riding while the pipes are still quitehot -whatever'son the chrome usuallycomes off effortlessly.I don't like using anything abrasive, even no matter how gentle it supposedly is.

Awesome stuff. Have been using it on my vehicles for years and now on my Softail. As others have said, works great on chrome but DO NOT get too aggressive with it or you will leave marks in the chrome. I lightly apply it to my chrome, let it dry, then wipe off with a microfiber towel.

The best chrome polish I have found is Belgom Chroms. It shines like nothing else and also puts a layer of wax to protect. They also do Belgom Alu, forsteel and aluminium, again another top product.
Alsovery popular in the UK is Crystal Glo. I have been using this untill I got the Belgom and it also gives a great shine, and can be used on paintand windshields.IMHO not quite as good as Belgom for shine.

Used Never-R-Dull to shine brass doorknobs in my barracks over 21 years ago.

Honda Spray-Cleaner-Wax is the best stuff I've found to use on any part of a bike - chrome, glass, paint, seat, plastic, etc.

I use the Honda Spray Cleaner Wax also. I worked at motorcycle shop when I was in highschool and that's what the shop used to polish up all the bikes. It worked really good so I bought some myself and have been using it for years. The polish and a clean microfiber towl is what I use to detail my paint and chrome. Haven't had to try it for boot marks yet. If I get some boot marks, I'll probably give the Nevrdull a try since everyone says it works so well. I used it on wheels for my truck a while back and liked it, but haven't tried it on my bike.

You have to be careful on chrome most just think you can use any thing on it like this never dull. I would not use it on my chrome some of these products will scratch it and ones with a petroleum base can mess up other areas if it gets on it. For chrome i use two things one is the Harley chrome polish a big tube for $6.00 and its non abrasive that's what you want on that good chrome the other thing is a spray on window cleaner the type that foams this will clean it and not leave any water marks

We used to use it to clean the linoleum tile floor around our bunks!

The Navy has been using Never Dull for years to maintain all the brass aboard ship. Great stuff!
