Default Fat Spoke Wheels Breakout

I've seen a few Breakouts that have Fat spoke wheels out there.. Which brand did you go with? Here is my issue..

I hear DNA wheels are junk, so I won't be entertaining those. Both Ride Wright and Sinister do not offer a 23" front tire. Does any respectable manufacturer offer a set of fat spoke wheels (23" front and 18" rear)?

Also... Please post your pics!!

I've never heard a negative thing about DNA wheels. I had HD mount my tires on my new rims and they had nothing but good things to say about DNA wheels.

Literally search the forum for "DNA" or "DNA Mammoth" and you will then hear many negative things.

Sure don't. Sorry. I have seen bikes with them, but don't know where they came from. Custom build maybe ??

I cant complain about mine, I love them, but I did 21 up front and 16 in the rear.

Beatiful bike, D! I have a soft spot for Deluxe's... It seems like a hit or miss with DNA but damn... you can't beat that price.

Either way, I did a bit more research. Ride Wright offers a 23" front and an 18x8.5 for the rear if anyone else is wondering. A bit steep, but they're out there.

Here's a link to a Ultima Fat Spoke wheel on ebay. I had one on my Road King. For the money you should at least check them out.

I like the 21" on a softail, the 23 looks ok on a bagger since the bike is bigger but you gotta build what you like...There's a cvo breakout at my local dealership with a 23" on it an to me it's too much...it's a nice bike though with air ride, belt primary, an some hot engine work. It's a show winner an they're asking the same price as a new stock CVO
