Softail deluxe front rail

I had to take my front fender rail off when I put my 21 wheel anyone no what I have to do to keep it on? Thanks

Could you show us a picture? If we are talking about a softail deluxe, this "front fender rail" of which you speak is not stock.

Bump.
I tried to install the front fender rail on my heritage last night and noticed the front center mounting tab was too close to the tire... 3/16 of an inch. So I took it back off until I figure out what I need to do besides replacing the tire for a lower profile tire.

You may not be able to use it due to clearance issues. The rail is designed for a stock tire and rim.

Just wondering if you figured out how to fix your front rail for better tire clearance. I have 21” front wheel on my Heritage and wondering if I can fit rail. Any advice appreciated. Maybe some pics to.
