Default Opinions on this 1995 Heritage Softail?

First time posting here. I wanted to go take a look at this bike and was wondering if any of y'all had any advice? 1995 FLSTC with 59k miles. The mileage is high but that's something I'm willing to work with if the price is right. And on that note, I think the price listed is too high considering the mileage, but at the end of the day I'm not too much of an expert so I would like to hear thoughts on that too. Ive heard that some evos need a top end rebuild after 60k and some don't need one until well past 100k. I've added a couple different links below in hopes that one of them will work lol.

Only way to find out how healthy the engine is would be to hear it and run it. Forks will probably need some service along with the other fluids. That bike should have saddle bags and a windshield as well. The little doodad on the front fender isn't stock. Big twins don't really depreciate too much lower than that unless they're in bad shape.
