Default Jiffy Stand for Lowered Deluxe

Girlfriend has a '17 Deluxe that has been lowered 1.5" and it is clear she needs a shorter jiffy stand. Do any of the HD oracles out there know how much shorter than stock she should go?

I did a friends Deluxe last year with a 1" , worked out pretty well , lean was enough to make it safe from falling over .. This is the one , but they're out of stock . Possibly another dealer will have it .

I haven't thought of this, so if you put an air ride and slam the rear do you need to worry about the jiffy stand? I'm just talking when the bike is parked and you want the rear tire to sit on the fender.

Since your only dropping the rear and the front is still at stock height , I would check your lean angle before you spend money on a stand you may not need . Check the lean angle with your bars pulled to the left and right while kickstand down . Some people like to park their bikes with the bars pulled to the right , which makes it " sit up " even more , giving it more of a chance to fall over if bumped or a strong wind comes up ( don't ask how I know this ) .

Went with the Arlen Ness recommendation, it seems to have done the trick but can't take it out due SE Michigan weather. Thank you for the advice.
Used the penny stacking trick to avoid removing the entire jiffy stand bracket like the manual called for! 👍
