Default Factory Paint

Had an incident with a buckle on my luggage rack (I think), and now have a spot worn through on my rear fender down to metal.

It's an '03 Fatboy in white with the blue pearl and red/grey pen stripe, and I'd like to have the fender restored to factory.

Anyone have experience having stuff repainted and care to share recommendations?

The body shop I used had to contact HD to get paint code. Evidently the protect the codes. Some shops will call in a special pinstriping guy, others will tape off the area and spray the pinstripes. Any good body shop should be able to do the work. Local shops work with the dealer and I would have to go to them for such things as tank removal and re-install which they estimate at 2.5 to 3. hours; excessively high. I guess what I am trying tos ay is go to several body shops and talk with them.
