Default Dealer misled me on specification

So just picked up a 2013 Fat Boy Lo. The dealer advertised as the 110th Anniversary edition with security system and ABS. It's still up on their site as of 8/18 at 12:37am:

https://www.highoctaneharley.com/inv...1jnv11db049457

Problem is, this bike is not a 110th anniversary edition nor does it have a security system or ABS. I wanted to buy a bike with ABS and the dealer says it had it. I've discovered not every 2013 FLSTFB was an anniversary edition, and the security/abs was not an option on the non-anniversary models. What do I do here? I paid fair market price for an anniversary edition with ABS. Do I request they take the bike back since it doesn't have ABS? ABS is a must for me. I never would have bought the bike if I knew it didn't have ABS. What should I do here? What would you do?

Final update, the dealer has agreed to write me a check for the difference in trade value of a non-anniversary 2013 FLSTFB and anniversary model, so I'm satisfied with this resolution. I never had to send the 30-day letter of demand, or go to small claims. They wanted to make it right, and they have, so case closed.

There's this thing called "Truth in Advertising". I'd tell them you want them to either take it back or make you a different deal. And threaten them with an attorney. Make sure to print that ad out.
Forgot to mention, hopefully your contract doesn't say "As Is" anywhere.

No contract, no financing. Paid with credit card up to the max they would allow and the rest in a bank check. Only thing I got is a Bill of Sale, which does not say as-is anywhere.

If the dealer has any ethics, they will admit their mistake and make it right, either by canceling the sale and refunding all of your money, or perhaps by installing abs and security.

If they are not ethical, then you'll need to threaten getting an attorney and suing them for fraud.

If you haven’t talked to the GM at that dealer yet that would be my first move. No satisfaction then I’d contact a good lawyer. In PA you’d have a good chance of getting your money back. How long have you had the bike?

IF you can’t get satisfactory resolution from dealer management, state attorneys general get involved with consumer protection, including yours. I used ours to great affect the one time I needed some muscle years ago.

I shared with the the offending party that my next step was to contact the state attorney general’s office. Bingo. Problem instantly resolved.

Agree with the advice to go talk to the GM. See where that goes first

Fat Boy Lo 110th Anniversary Edition model (limited to 1,750 motorcycles) includes Smart Security System and ABS. Building on the Fat Boy legacy, the Fat Boy Lo brought a darker, slammed appearance to the world of boulevard cruisers. From front to back, this custom cruiser shows attitude, with custom, black bullet hole wheels, a denim black frame, blacked-out covers and header shields, and satin chrome in all the places mirror chrome would normally reside. A slammed, narrow-cut seat rides just 24.25-inches off the ground, while the forward foot controls and low, 1.25-inch handlebar create a secure stance that inspires a cruising state of mind. With the new addition of anti-lock brakes in the Security Package option, the Fat Boy Lo truly remains at the head of the pack. Come in for a test ride!

If that is not true then it is mis-selling anywhere in the world I would think?

Just ride it carefully and move on. Or sale it, cut your perceived losses and try again.

Read what Harley says about ABS in curves. After reading this, sure ABS is better then no ABS but it's a long way from a car with ABS and stability control options.

When you spend thousands of dollars on something you better know what you're looking at. I know this isn't going to be a popular opinion but......OP, it's as much your fault as it is the dealer's. In all honesty, there are just as many people working at HD dealerships that are ignorant about Harleys and motorcycles in general as there are in the general public. This is a great chance for you to learn something, be glad you didn't take the word of one doctor for a life threatening condition. No matter what it is, buying a motorcycle, car, house, investing money or your health/life; you better go to school BEFORE you make any decisions. These days, with the internet on your phone, not doing so is like handing a bat to a criminal and closing your eyes.
