Default 2007 Heritage Softail Classic

I知 looking to see if I can fit a front 21x3.5/rear 18x4.25 setup on my softail. Bike is all stock. I apologize in advance I知 a new rider and just recently purchased this bike.

I do know guys are running 18in rears, and 21in rears on softails... Unfortunately I do not know how much work is involved to make it work.. They do look really good though.

I have that setup on my 2005 Heritage (Sinister wheels) without any adjustments. No issues.
