I have a 2013 Breakout. I recently removed the rear wheel for replacement, I didn't mess with the adjuster bolts though. Would I need to adjust belt and axel when I install the new wheel? If so could anyone give me some advise on how to do that?

Just me, but I would.
if for no other reason to adjust belt tension

I have a factory service manual for mine.
I read that first, then looked at a couple y-tube vids

it's not rocket science to get the wheel straight and belt adjusted.
Just a matter of accurate measurements
