Chrome handlebar mount

Chrome handlebar mount
New to me 2012 Fat Boy has a heavy chrome mount with deadend female thread on the left handlebar. Any idea who made this and what it is?

Could be a phone Mount. Could use a ram pass through ball and thread it in.

heavy chrome mount
Its a gps holder for a Garmin gps that Harley sells. Its in the accessory catalogue
