Fellas--Where can I find this front fender trim--the rear trim down by the wheel ?

 

There are aftermarket one's for touring not sure on a softail.
It's called a fender skirt. This is just a example not sure of what softail ya have

As WP50 said their are aftermarket fender skirts, most are better looking than the bland OEM one used like in your picture.

The one in your picture looks just like the OEM fender skirt on my 2003 Heritage. The part for my 2003 Heritage appears to still be available. So if you want an OEM fender skirt, just look up your year/model for the proper part number and you can probably get one from your dealer..

This is for a 2003 Heritage. Double check the part number for your year/model, but I am pretty sure all Heritage models from 1986 thru 2007 used this fender skirt from the factory.
