Default risers on Fatty

has anyone changed the stock risers on1 1/4" handlebars? if so, what brand did you go with, and where did you find them?I've done a pretty through search and can't find risers for the 1 1/4" bars. I only want a 2" or 3" rise, just to move the bars up andback a little. will the stock cables still fit, or did you wind up changing them too?

thanks

I think Buffalo makes risers for 1 1/4" bars.

thanks, I've sent an email to Buffalo - their web site wasn't clear if their risers fit fat bars.

I can't remember which thread I saw it in, but OldFenderGuy has an '03 that he put risers on and showed pics. He used the stock handlebars. Looks pretty good. Maybe he'll chime in w/a pic.

I think the 07's and 08's are the only onew with stock 1 1/4" bars. The older ones were most likely 1". I have 1 1/4" bars on my 2002 but they taper down to 1" where the clamp mounts and for the bar ends. I don't know if the newer bars are like that but I don't think so.

I got the HD Kit number56066-82A as written on my directions. I believe it is a 2" up 2" back. HUGE IMPROVEMENT!!! Don't slouch during the ride now. No new cables...
