Default Brake pedal

A buddy of mine has a 06 Softail Standard and likes the bigger brake pedal on my Deluxe. I just saw a brake pedal off a 07 Softail Heritage on e-bay that I would like to get him for Christmas does anyone know if this will interchange?

I put Kuryakyn p/n 8044 on my FXST. It's an easy bolt-on and is wider than the stock brake pedal.

It should fit. Same engine, same frame, but I couldn't say for sure.

Default RE: Brake pedal

The larger size pedal is simply a cover over the existing brake lever arm. Most are interchangable so you can have several designs available with either the small or large size.

They typically run from around 30.00 to upwards of 60.00 depending on the style. Too many options for design to count.

Most Brake pedal pads will fit both the touring and 86 and up Softails.

If you get the part number from the e-bay site, you can check for yourself as to fitment at teh following site. Search by bike year and model, Look for decorative collections to find brake lever pads
