found a first year fat boy on auction site ,i have seen them sell for high prices before it has 40k miles ,new tires,brakes ,just serviced,pretty good shape,would need painted to be in great shape.put in a bidof 6500 i think that is a good deal?what are some opinions thanks

thanks ,new to forum.not new to harleys, like the forum.i think this would be a good deal not looking for a bike but a first year fat boy for that money if i can get itat that price thats a keeper

Post some pics. BTW, friend of mine made that bridge jump in Terminator. They used cables and a crane.

 

I think it sounds good. The first year had the yellow stripes also. If you don't know what that means do a search on here for a thread called FATBOY HISTORY.

 

it has the yellow on the motor ,the bike was themed after the atomic bomb.it also mentions in the add for bike markingson it that are the same as on the atomic bombs,intresting history thats why i bid.it is on the auction site , new to forum havent posted pics yet there are some on the add if some one can post
