Hello,

Just wondering if any of you softail fellas have converted from boards to forwards. If so and you still have your take off parts I might be interested in them.

I have an 07 fxdl that I want to convert to floorboards but no one makes a kit to do so. I was looking at the softails at the dealership and I think I could either modify a set of those or make an adaptor to work with my dyna.

If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it.

I don't know about Dynas, but I did ask my mechanic about doing the same thing to my FXST. He had a couple of chrome floor board assemblies that I could have bought. He said he'd be able to save my master cylinder and would have to work on the shifter linkage. All in all, with the boards I picked out it would be roughly 700 bucks to put floorboards on my scoot. It's a bit pricey right now, but I'm sure thinking about it. I've settled for mini boards for now.

I've done quite a few searches and I cannot find a kit either.

I changed over to forward controls on my 07 fatboy and still have every thing except rear brake line. were do you live would sell it all real cheap.
