i received (gift)a chrome engine trans interface cover. it covers the gap between the eng & trans. i haven't installed it yet, but it looks like it covers the access plug to check my trans fluid? anyone have this chrome cover? is it more of a pain then worth? if so i might take it back and exchange.

 

I've seen covers that hid the access plug and one that didn't. Both made the bike look more like a metric cruiser, with unit construction engine/tranny, instead of the traditional HD Big Twin with separate engine & tranny.
