I'd try retourquing(sp) them first and if that fails then I'd replace the gasket. You will need to pull the pump to replace it though, although I guess you could just stretch it over the top plate if you wanted too, but that would be your call.
I just replaced my tank last weekend and took some pictures which may help you out if you do end up replacing the gasket.

How often should we check this area out to make sure it is tight? I have never had an EFI before, does it blow out often?
