Default poor customer service

As a new HD owner 08 Heritage Softail 105 Anniversary and wanting to starting personalizing it I searched and found a great site with great values Surdyke, however their customer service is the pits....out of at least 20 phone calls only got a live body once. Any suggestions on other user friendly sites that actually welcome business...

I have been using a local shop that does mail order. AWESOME customer service. Shop name is Old School choppers. His name is Scott and his number is: 215-348-1834. He ships all over.

Hey porsche911...

I use Zanotti in Butler, PA. Great people and prices! NO TAX! And whatever it costs to ship is what you pay...no BS 'handling charges' that add a bunch of $$$ to the price! You can buy anything Harley-Davidson. If they don't have it on hand it takes just a few days to get it from their supplier. Liberal return policy if you need to send anything back. If the part does not show up on the automated lookup, just email them with a part number and description. I've spent a ton of $$$ there and have been pleased with every aspect of my transactions!

Check them out at https://www.zanottimotor.com/shopping/partLookUp.htmland be very pleased!

Ask for John, Tim or Patty...

Steve

+1 on Zanotti's. I've done a good deal of business with them with no complaints.

Another hit for www.zanottimotor.com.I have spent a lot of cash with them, and saved a lotalso. They answer questions, and allowed me to return a Skull LEDfuel guage that went bad after7 months. HD only warranties their electrical products for 60or 90 days, but zanotti took it back,no questions. They will continue to get my $$$.

I have used www.chicagoharley.com, 20% off of parts, no sales tax and low shipping prices. I have spent a lot of $ with them and no complaints. I can't speak on their return policy.
