To remove speedometer - Service manual says:
Remove maxi-fuse
Remove seat
Remove console's front screw and back acorn nut
Put protective cloth on tank
Turn console over
Disconnect electrical connector
Detach connector body from speedometer mount
Push in tabs & remove speedometer from console
reverse to install
Remove maxi-fuse

I would really like to add a tachto my rocker-c. However, can barely read the 4" speedo numbers now. And, onthecombo speedo/tach they are even smaller. Need HD to redesign the combo speedo/tach so I can read the numbers without taking eyes off the road and leaning my face half-way down to the tank to read the speedo. I'm sure I'm not the only one, I've got 20/20 vision (before lightly tinted helmet visor).
