speedo glare in windshield
I recently put a detachable windshield on my fatboy, and now have been dealing with the glare from the speedometer at night... I ordered a speedometer visor, which didnt help. Anyone else having this problem, or have a cure?
I reluctantly put a windshield on my bike a couple of years ago. I have no regrets now, but I did have similar issues with glare, until I stopped focusing on it. You should be focusing on the road, and you definitely should be looking just over the top of the windshield, not through it. You will get use to it.

RacknRail is right. You should be looking over the windshield and not through it.I almost ran off the road one day due to the glare on the windshield. The next day I had the windshield cut down to the proper size and I haven't had anymore problems.
