The price on my 09 was 18500. I would go with new for the difference. Everyone has different thoughts on this issue though. I have added Rush mufflers and also have the temp dipstick. It has never been above 230 and that was a 90+ degree day.

Thanks!
Does it have any mods that would make the $15,500 better?

They all get hot here in Florida, but as long as you're moving is no big deal.
An oil cooler helps a bit but oil coolers are designed to allow air flow to cool the oil, so when your stuck in traffic it will get warm. I've never had an issue with my 05 getting to hot here in South Florida...........As for the price, 15,500 is in the ballpark for a low mileage 07, but you should be able get them down some.....A friend of mine just bought an 08 new and paid 21,000 OTD with no extras on it. I bought mine with 9000 miles on it, It had the Vance & Hines Longshot on it and tons of other chrome that I would have gone out and purchased anyway......Go over the bike well to be sure it was well maintained and just go for it........you'll be very happy you did.

Thanks for all the comments. There are no options on the bike except for security and two tone (Suede Blue and Black). I am actually calling Harley right now to see if they have complete history in case there was some work done that the seller is not telling me about. He tells me a dealer offered him $15,500 for the bike which I absolutely do not believe. Can't imagine a dealer offering $15,500 when the trade in is $12,600.

I have an '08. No heat problems. I do have stage 1 and use Mobil 1 synthetic oil.

Heat Issues?? It's air-cooled...gonna feel hotter!!

Negotiate the price down...If it's stock...then you would have a few extra bucks for adding parts!!
