Three blown compressed dscs. One mid back and two lower back. I never remember the numbers and letters. The Doc says when it gets bad do pain pills. When I can't move do cortisone up the spinal column (can't get a needle between the vertibrae). When I can't live my normal life go under the knife. I'm into cortisone about every six months and pain pills in between. It's been 7 years and I'm still riding. It helps to have breast cushions or a duffle bag for support.
