Bob, I have the exact same bike you have, and I installed the SE2's the day I got mine. They sound very nice. Not overly loud, but they have that classic Harley sound.

Hey Bob,
I have the SE2's on there now but i wasn't very happy with them at first. They were ok, sound like a Harley but didn't quite do it for me. So i opened up the baffles and i think it's a huge improvement but still, i'm kicking myself for not doing it to begin with and that's not just going with Vance and Hines right from the start.

Mike,
I guess I'm not looking for something super loud, just a little more than stock. And a better look. The stock mufflers kinda remind me of old honda pipes. I like the looks of the baloney cuts. Bob

Nice bikes.

Pat, what bike does your wife ride? Can't tell from the avatar.

Regards,

Bill

Bill, It's a Suzuki Intruder 800, pimped out about twice as much as my Standard. It fits her perfectly and she loves riding it. Bought it in September with 500 miles and she's already over 4000. Pat

Pat,

I have a friend whose wife rides one, and she loves it. She's been to Milwaulkee, Laughlin, Sturgis and a bunch of other places on it.

Regards,

Bill
