ok i just ordered a set of poly's..lets see if they will straighten out my bars..i will update when they arrive/install. I'll keep my fingers crossed

Well i installed the poly bushings and they corrected my bar problems. bars are alligned

Well isn't this the weirdest thing. I have the same problem. My bars look a bit off too? Doesn't effect the ride at all but it kind of bugs me. Very, very interesting!

Default handle bars not straight

Got a 2008 FXDL and I also see that the right side is back slightly more than the right. It doesn't seem to interfear with the handling but it BUGS me too.

Not true, I switched to polyurethane bushings on wife's '08 Deluxe. Handlebars/Risers are still crooked.

I thought I was the only one.

Mine's the same way, right riser back further. I never messed with it, though on a long ride I can feel it in the left shoulder. One of these days I'll have a garage again.

Just tweak them until they are straight and tighten them down. This is not a big deal.

When I removed the oem bushings they were deformed & I doubt they could have been tweaked. New poly bushings are the answer unless the bars are bent.
