Default Deuce Sissy bar ?

Dumb question.
I'm still looking to trade up to a Deuce from my 04 1200 custom sporty. One of my customers [ home improvement] has a new Deuce, when I showed him pics of my sporty with the "tall" sissy bar he said he could not find any one who makes a Sissy bar for a Deuce. [Stock Deuce]
Except the crap one that has the pad and goes under the rear of the seat.
Anyone Have a link to a manufacturer of one??? A case of beer is riding on I can find one.
Thanks guys.
I tried Google, froogle, ***-it, byme, etc. I'm just not that good at the search thing

I have been looking for one for my deuce just for traveling to strap a bag to. wouldnt be cought around town with one on my deuce. It would ruin the look.

I think were stuck with the stock one. There is no way to mount one on the fender struts becouse the deuce has no exposed bolts.

If you find one let me know.

The options for the Duece are fairly limited. Not sure what is out there in the Aftermarket world.

I broke down and ordered the sundowner seat with touring backerest.
I went with comfort over looks. I hope the backrest is easy to remove.
There was a used one at a dealership that I checked out before making the leap.
It didn't look that bad.

Default Deuce Sissy Bar

There are only two options for a Deuce without modification. The factory "Tall" and factor "short" sissy bar. Since the fender support bolt are from the inside, there is not an easy way to mount an external aftermarket sissy bar. I have heard of guys modifying the fender supports (drilling and tapping) to allow bolting on of an aftermarket sissy bar. But that is not just a bolt-on solution. Also Harley doesn't make the deuce any more so there is no interest from the aftermarkets in developing a single-model specific part for a discontinued model. So I suggest you check the local beer stores for sale prices on your buddy's favorite case! LOL!

By the way, you will have the same problem if you want a luggage rack too. Only real option without modification is the factory rack (which is very small with a 7 lb weight limit!!). The factory rack requires the factory sissy bar.

I also know of a guy who wanted a really tall sissy bar on a deuce that took a factor sissy bar plate (the deuce sissy bar is a bent heavy-gague single piece of metal) to a machine shop and had them weld on to the factory bracket then had it chromed.

I say just forget the sissy bar and make her hold on to you tight!
