Default Oil leak

I have a 07 night train that has a small oil leak the size of a quarter every night. Thought it was drain plug, but now not so sure. It is on the left side of engine, and looks like it might be coming from up higher. Anyone out there with similar problem?

Check the drain tube between the oil tank and frame.Mine leaked from the factory. They cut the elbow up at the tank when they pinched the ears on the clamp.Warranty.Just a thought.
